Jimmy Buffett-inspired resort slated to open in summer 2015.
The final floor of the new Margaritaville Hollywood Beach Resort has been added, preparing the development for its summer 2015 opening.
The 17-story, 349-room hotel covers five acres at Johnson Street and A1A along the famed Hollywood Beach Broadwalk, according to the Sun-Sentinel.
Construction kicked off in August 2013, and Fort Lauderdale-based Adache Group Architects are handling the design.
The Jimmy Buffett-inspired resort will feature seven restaurants and bars, oceanside pools, a spa and fitness center and 35,000 square feet of convention space, among other amenities, according to the newspaper Sun-Sentinal.
